Are you suffering from an injury? Whether it is a new injury or an old niggling one, correct rehabilitation is essential. I see an increasing number of people who have fantastic ambitions to take part or compete in a wide variety of sports and activities but who are being held back by injuries.

That way, you return to your sport fitter and stronger than your pre-injury state and therefore more likely to stay injury free. Think about it, if you rehabilitate yourself back to your pre-injury state all you are doing is putting yourself back into exactly the same state as you were when you got injured - thus leaving yourself open to further injury. Does that make sense to you?

I will help you to strengthen the injured area and then teach you how to use that injured area correctly before finishing off by strengthening your now correctly moving body in the exact ways that you will be using it. This is called functional rehabilitation.
